Thanksgiving Week schedule

Friendship Trays will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25. Recipients who let us know by Monday that they needed meals for those two days will receive two meals on Tuesday and two meals on Wednesday. Friendship Trays will not deliver on Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving.

 

If you are off from work and will be in town today or Wednesday, please consider volunteering to drive a route one or more of those days. With many families heading out of town, we know that drivers will be in short supply on those days.

 

Call the main office at 704-333-9229 between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to tell us when you can help deliver. And thanks.

 

And about those cards above: They are a sampling of the cards made by students at Cotswold Elementary School to be delivered next week to recipients. Thanks, students, for sharing the good cheer. Our recipients love to meet the children who are helping their parent deliver meals. If you haven't tried it, ask your parent about helping to deliver Friendship Trays when you're next off from school.
