Said to be a lost art, bread baking will warm the heart and satisfy the soul.

On June 16, work hands-on in Friendship Trays’ kitchen and learn the techniques of artisan baking.
Leave with the ability to make Italian peasant bread and foccacia, your very own starter, and freshly made bread to take home.

This class will be taught Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. by master baker Emilio Conciatori at Friendship Trays, 2401-A Distribution St. in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. Fee is $50.
