Chef Peter Reinhart, Chef on Assignment at Johnson & Wales University, gave the commencement speech at the Dec. 21, 2009 graduation of Class 35 of the Community Culinary School of Charlotte.

As part of their skills training, students of Class 35 worked in all areas of the Friendship Trays kitchen operation during their time at the Culinary School. It is a pleasure for Friendship Trays to host this short video of Chef Peter's commencemet speech, which has a message for us all, not just the students.
