Longtime substitute driver Jimmy Basinger enters the Friendship Trays office in South End Wednesday to pick up meals for a route he and Margaret Morrison would deliver. At that moment, kitchen volunteers were completing packaging meals, below, that will be ready for Thursday's volunteers.
