BISTRO!

Class 30 of the Community Culinary School of Charlotte held its first Bistro on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008 for a large crowd of family, friends and guests. The students, who help prepare Friendship Trays food each morning, displayed their growing culinary skills in a wide range of dishes.
