Donated Festival trees trucked to Friendship Trays recipients

There's been real joy from these artificial trees.

Some of the winning bidders in the tree auction at Saturday's Festival of Trees Celebration designated that their trees be delivered to Friendship Trays recipients.

So after picking up trees at The Place at SouthPark Tuesday morning, a crew from Two Men and a Truck headed off to some some small apartments in westside Charlotte and caused quite a commotion.

Two Men and a Truck volunteered the staff time to deliver the auctioned trees. A number of winning bidders at the auction arranged to have their trees donated to Friendship Trays recipients.
