Bistro!

The Community Culinary School of Charlotte held its Bistro on Thursday, Nov. 1. Bistros, which are abourt eight parts school training session, one part goodwill gesture to school supporters and the community, and one part great time for all in attendance, are held biweekly during class sessions.

Bistros are held at the school, which shares space with Friendship Trays at 2401A Distribution Street.
