Interact with Executive Director day-to-day as primary contact with Board
Appoint Chairs of Human Resources Committee and Ad Hoc Committees
Chair the Executive Committee

President Elect
Perform duties in the absence of the President

Prepare and maintain minutes of Board of Directors meetings
Prepare and maintain minutes of the Executive Committee meetings
Maintain the Board roster

Treasurer
Review financial results monthly and submit a report to the Board
Chair the Finance Committee
